1st & foremost, does everyone know that I install / replace ceiling fans?

You're in a store & you just ran in. You happened to have $20.00 cash on you. That'll more than cover the 2 cartons of Tillamook ice cream for desert. You left your phone in the car. 

While waiting in line to checkout you hear the two people talking in front of you. They mention needing a ceiling fan switched out. They have the replacement, all they need is someone to uninstall the old one and put the new one up. It's a layup and the easiest of referrals.
